4.B. Discuss, consider, and take possible action to engage the professional services of a materials testing engineer for the District's Bond Construction Projects and delegating authority to the superintendent to negotiate and execute a final contract

4.C. Discuss, consider, and take possible action to engage the professional services of a third-party inspector for the District's Bond Construction Projects and delegating authority to the superintendent to negotiate and execute a final contract

5. CLOSED (EXECUTIVE) SESSION

Discussion of board member appointment

No voting will take place in the closed meeting, Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting.
