Description:
If needed, the Board will conduct a closed meeting for purposes permitted by
Texas Government Code §§551.071 and 551.129 Trustees may adjourn into closed session to consult with legal counsel regarding legal requirements related to bond elections. Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551 Subchapters D and E. If necessary, the Board will convene in closed session for discussion of any item on the agenda. No voting will take place in the closed meeting. Any action the Board wishes to take as a result of discussion in closed session will take place after the Board reconvenes in the open meeting. |
