III. Motion to Convene in Closed Session
The board will consider a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute s. 19.85(1)(c), which permits a closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data, of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The subject matter of the proposed closed session is as follows:

a. To consider potential staff reductions and reassignments affecting individual non-administrative employees beginning in the 2026-2027 school year

b. To consider issuing preliminary notice of potential non-renewal of individual employment contracts pursuant to the procedures established in Wisconsin Statute s. 118.22, and

c. To discuss individual personnel matters such as employee skills, qualifications, and performance related to such staff reductions, reassignments, and potential non-renewals.

IV. Closed Session
To the extent consistent with a motion to convene in closed session that is adopted by the Board, the Board will convene in closed session to address the subject matter identified in Section III of this meeting notice above.
