Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data, of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility in order to take Personnel Action pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c), and deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e).

Consider a motion authorizing the Board of Education to purchase approximately 35 acres of land located south and west of the intersection of Hillcrest Street and Minneapolis Avenue South for future use as a school building site, a school farm site, and/or an extension of the CTE home building initiative.

Voting will be by voice vote unless someone requests a division of the house. If someone requests a division, there will be a hand count of those present. If someone makes a motion requesting a secret ballot, and said motion is approved by the majority of those in attendance, a secret ballot will be conducted of those in attendance.
