I. Meeting Details
Description:
This School Board Meeting will be held in-person and virtually in the School Board Room and online. In order to view the meeting, please use the provided URL Zoom link.
If you join virtually, please note that you will be joining a meeting as an attendee, meaning that you will be able to see and hear the participants of the Board meeting but they will not be able to see or hear you. Please note that this meeting does not include public comment. It will begin with a motion to move into closed session at 6:30 pm and a return to open session no earlier than 7:00 pm, although it could be later if the closed session portion is not finished. Members of the public will not be allowed into the Board room prior to the end of the closed session. Door 8 will open at 7:00 pm for people to wait in the foyer if the closed session is not finished. A recording of the meeting will be posted on the School Board agenda webpage within 48 hours of the meeting. |

II. Roll Call

III. Closed Session - The Board will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate or negotiate the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session to confer with legal counsel to discuss agreements related to a potential purchase of property and next steps for a potential termination of those agreements.

IV. Return to Open Session
Description:
The Board will return to open session to continue the agenda. The Board may take action on matters discussed in closed session. Open session will not begin prior to 7:00 pm.

V. Review and Potential Approval to Take Action Related to the Dissolution of the Preliminary Agreement and 66.0301 Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for the Purpose of Cooperating in the Ownership and Development of a Facility for the Provision of Community Programs and Services.

VI. Adjournment
Description:
Meetings are typically held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6:30 pm. Please see the school board page on the district website for specific dates and agendas.
