I. Meeting Details - Please note the early start of 5:00 pm for the closed session. The regular meeting will begin immediately following the closed session, but no earlier than 5:30 pm. School Board candidate interviews will begin after the regular meeting, but no earlier than 7:00 pm. The meeting and the interviews will be on the livestream link.
Description:
This School Board Meeting will be held in-person and virtually in the School Board Room and online. In order to view the meeting, please use the provided URL Zoom link.
If you join virtually, please note that you will be joining a meeting as an attendee, meaning that you will be able to see and hear the participants of the Board meeting but they will not be able to see or hear you. A recording of the meeting will be posted on the School Board agenda webpage within 48 hours of the meeting. |

II. Closed Session - The Board will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(f) to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations, to discuss a student graduation request.
The Board will move into open session at 5:30 pm, or as soon thereafter after the closed session business has been concluded. |

Description:
The Superintendent or designee will provide the Board with informational items related to recent or upcoming topics or events.

Description:
Representative students from the middle school or high school will share with the Board recent and upcoming event, activities and accomplishments.

VII. Public Comments
Description:
If you plan to speak during the Public Comment portion, please be sure to review the attached guidelines. You can also download the speaker form from the agenda or complete it at the meeting.

VIII. Consent Agenda - Mr. Hansen
Description:
Consent agenda items are routine items that the Board approves without discussion. Board members may remove items from the consent agenda for further discussion, or to vote differently on that particular item.

Description:
The Board will approve or revise the agenda for the meeting.

VIII.B. Bills for Payment
Description:
Bills for payment include all invoices that are currently due by the district.
|

VIII.C. Minutes
Description:
The Board will be asked to approve the minutes as listed. Minutes are typically posted on the website once a month.

Description:

Description:
Meetings are typically held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 6:30 pm. Please see the school board page on the district website for specific dates and agendas.
