2.1. Recommended that the Governing Board approve the call for Executive Session Pursuant A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(1). The Governing Board may meet in Executive Session to discuss the qualifications of the Finalists.
|

2.2. The Governing Board will discuss and may consider offering a Finalist an opportunity to enter into contract negotiations for the position of District Superintendent.
|
|
2.3. The Governing Board will discuss and may take action to authorize a designated board member(s) to be the liaison(s) with District Legal Counsel in developing the District Superintendent contract.
