Stratton Asset Preservation
2022 Stratton Elementary building condition assessment: Please notice the only condition changes from last year's in-district assessment are (highlighted in green in the attached report):
With regard to the obvious questions on progress with the mitigation, water testing was completed, and on Friday April 8 two leaking sections of the supply line were removed and replaced. These old sections will be sent to a lab to help determine the offending chemistry. The attached report for the asset preservation program requires no board action. It is an OSPI requirement to simply make available to our District Administration and School Board Directors to keep them abreast of condition changes.
