Description:
The Alexandria Township Board of Education recognizes the value of public comment on educational issues and the importance of allowing members of the public to express themselves on school matters. Thus, the Board shall set aside two twenty minute periods for public comment each meeting. In order to permit the fair and orderly expression of such comment, public participation shall be governed by the following rules:
1. A participant must be recognized by the presiding officer and must preface comments by announcing his/her name, place of residence, and group affiliation, if appropriate. 2. Each statement made by a participant shall be limited to 3 minutes in duration. 3. No participant may speak on the same topic until all others who wish to speak on that topic have been heard. 4. All statements shall be directed to the presiding officer; no participant may address Board members individually. |

upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board approve the transfers for the month ending March and April as submitted by the Superintendent, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:22-8-2.
to accept the monthly financial reports of the Board Secretary and the Treasurer of School Moneys for the month ending March and April, in compliance with N.J.A.C.6:20-2.13(3) that the Board of Education certify that no major account or fund has been overexpended and that as of this report sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the Board accept the certification of the School Business Administrator, as required by N.J.A.C.6:20-2.13(D), that no line item account has been over expended as of March 31, 2020 and April 30, 2020, and that as of this date sufficient funds are available to meet the District's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. |

Alexandria Township School has been awarded $11,984.00 from this program.

14.K.1) RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Alexandria Township Board of Education approves the waiver of Pre-K tuition payments for the month of June 2020.
WHEREAS, the district is cognizant of the financial hardships the community is incurring as a result of COVID19; and WHEREAS, the district has opted to forego the collection of tuition payments for the month of June 2020. The district will make up the lost revenue of $19,800 by charging Account 11-000-217-320-000-000 same. |

The Management / Administrative Fee for the 20-21 school year shall be $8,199.20 payable in 10 monthly installments of $819.92 commencing September 1, 2020 and ending June 30, 2022.

14.N.1) Resolved upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board approve the attached resolution for the 2020-2021 school year for time and material vehicle maintenance and automotive fuel shared services, with Delaware Valley Regional High School with the Board of Education.

14.O.1) Resolved that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, the Board of Education approves a three-year service agreement for the period beginning July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023 between Delaware Valley Regional Consortium (Delaware Valley Regional High School Board of Education shall serve as the Lead Education Authority and Host District) and Service Electric (Service Provider), Bethlehem, PA, to provide 2Gbps (2000Mbps) Internet Bandwidth with 1Gbps (1000Mbps) point to point transfer for Alexandria Township School District, Holland Township School District, Kingwood Township School District and 100Mbps point to point transfer for Frenchtown Elementary School District and Milford Borough School District at a monthly cost of $4,113.00.
