I. CALL TO ORDER

II. OATH OF OFFICE - April 22

On or prior to the fourth Monday in April, any school board member elected or re-elected to office at the spring election shall take and file the official oath.

School board members elected at the spring election take office, provided they have taken and filed the official oath, on the fourth Monday in April.

III. CLOSED SESSION
Contemplated closed session under Wis. Stat. § 19.85 (1)(c) to consider the employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f) to consider financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. Specifically, for the purpose of: 

• Discussing and taking action, if appropriate, regarding the issuance of a preliminary notice of consideration of contract non-renewal under Wis. Stat. § 118.22, to a teacher.
• Discussing and taking action, if appropriate, regarding the resignation of a teacher.

IV. OPEN SESSION
Reconvene to open session to further discuss and take action, if appropriate, regarding items discussed in closed session.
