II.3. Address the questions from a school board member.
1. What is the administration's official recommendation regarding how long to continue 100% virtual learning?
2. Will the Report Card dictate when the district returns to some in-person learning? Or will the metrics be updated based on major changes in the data?
3. Given that most of the recent cases are occurring at the MS/HS level, should we consider reopening the elementary school first?
4. What are the limitations of the hybrid model and how can we overcome them, if at all? Staff/student compliance with precautions? Ability to trace contacts? Resistance to testing or admitting symptoms?
5. If we continued 100% virtual for the remainder of the semester, could the education experience be improved in any way?

II.4. Recommendation for School Board, return on Nov.30 or extend virtual learning.
