III.1. Resolution to Attach/Detach Parcels from the Mineral Point School District
Description:
Wisconsin State Statutes 117.13(2) allows for school districts to initiate the transfer of small parcels.
The Mineral Point School District and Iowa Grant School District are looking to exchange parcels of similar tax value. The reason for this exchange is to accommodate the potential needs of a student in the Mineral Point Unified School District.
