II.1. Future Referendum Options for a New Elementary School

II.2. Inviting an advisory board to assist us on the referendum project.
Description:
The board would be advisory only and compiled of local community members who could offer some expertise on the process (contractors, tradesmen, reps from the ESPC, etc.)

II.3. Having a structural engineering firm independently assess the ES foundation and give us a quote on repairs.
Description:
This may affect the cost of the overall project and, therefore, allow FEH to re-bid the project with a new adjusted fee.

Description:
