1. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1.A. Motion to Recess Open Meeting and Hold an Executive Session for: 

1.A.1) Interview of Finalist Candidates for the Position of District Superintendent, Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1 and 2); and 

1.A.2) Discussion and Consultation with, and Instruction to, Legal Counsel, Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, Subsections (A)(1, 2, 3 and 4), Regarding:

     a.  Search for New District Superintendent; and 

     b.  Negotiation of Contract Terms with Superintendent Search Finalist(s).

1.B. Motion to Close Executive Session and Reconvene Open Meeting

2. STUDY/ACTION

2.A. Direction from the Governing Board to ASBA Consultant and/or Legal Counsel Regarding Further Actions in the Superintendent Search Process

2.A.1) A Motion directing the re-advertising of the District Superintendent position.  
(If the Board determines that additional applicants should be solicited, for example.) 

2.A.2) Discussion and consideration of additional interviews or meetings with the finalists for District Superintendent; a Motion to finalize additional interviews or meetings with the finalist candidates.
(If the Board determines that additional interviews or meetings with the finalists should be held, for example.)

2.A.3) Discussion and consideration of contract negotiations with finalist candidates; a Motion authorizing the Board President to work with Legal Counsel on negotiating contract terms that are satisfactory to the Board and that are agreed upon by a finalist.

2.A.4) A Motion to direct other actions by the consultant or Legal Counsel as appropriate or required.
