I. Determination of Quorum and Call to Order

II. Approve Sub-recipient Commitment Form between Wharton County Junior College (WCJC) and Texas A&M University (TAMU) to host approximately 10 foreign instructors at the Bay City Campus for a two-week program and authorize President McCrohan to execute the form on behalf of the institution ($0.00 - no cost to the institution.  The State Department will pay WCJC an honorarium of approximately $15,000 to host the event)

III. Approve Toolkit Technologies, Inc. as the vendor for the automotive training equipment ($332,831.00 - TWC JET Grant will provide funds of $316,189 (grant funds) and $16,642 (matching funds) from the College's Current Operating Budget - President's Discretionary Fund)

IV. Approve Western Motorcoach expenditures for the College's charter bus services for fiscal year 2024 - 2025 ($109,137.50)

V. Approve TASB HR Pay Systems Review for FY 2026 ($20,000 - budgeted in FY 2025)
