Clarification of Variance Approval for Parcels 18-14-400-05 and 18-14-400-059
Description:
To amend and clarify the motion adopted on September 30, 2026, for the proposed mini-storage facility at parcels 18-14-400-058 and 18-14-400-059 to reflect the board's intent to approve the following variances: the proposed setback and drive aisle variances as depicted on the site plan subject to the condition that buildings 4 and 5 be combined and moved east and the corrected survey and retention pond are approved.
