Cameron Thomson is proposing to combine parcels 18-14-400-058 and 18-14-400-059 for the purpose of a self-storage facility. These parcels are within our I-1 Industrial Zoning District where mini storage buildings are a permitted use. 

The applicant has submitted a request for variances from Article 3, Section 307 and Article 3, Section 309 for a proposed mini-storage facility on parcels 18-14-400-058 and 18-14-400-059 in the I-1 Industrial District. A variance from the required 30' drive aisle width to permit two approximately 22' wide drive aisles and one 25' 6" wide drive aisle.
A variance from the required 100-foot building setback from residentially zoned property to permit setbacks ranging from approximately 60.5 feet to 70 feet along the east property line. Also, the north and south property lines, which would be the side yard, each require a 30' setback.
