Petition for Zoning Change
Description:
Dolan Drive Corporation is requesting approval to rezone the property located at 5338 W Vienna Road, Clio, Michigan, from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to I-1 (Industrial). The proposed rezoning is intended to accommodate the future development of a joint training center to support a sheet metal apprenticeship and training program.
It should also be noted that the property located directly across the street at 5303 W Vienna Road, is currently zoned I-1, which may be relevant when considering the compatibility of the request with existing surrounding zoning patterns and land uses.
