VIII. Montague Setback Variance Request
Description:
John & Deborah Montague are requesting a variance to allow a combining of lots which will cause the required 50-foot pond setback to no longer be obtainable.
This property has been in the family for over 180 years and the lake was made more than 60 years ago. The lake was already prior nonconforming and will remain that way as they reconfigure their land. This request includes properties 18-25-300-024, 18-25-300-025, 18-25-300-033. All affected landowners have approved this request.
