VII. Gas Station Site Plan - 4465 W. Vienna Rd.
Description:
Abdallah Abdallah is presenting a site plan for a gas station to be located at 4465 W. Vienna Rd which is zone C-4 and an allowable use.
The site plan was sent to ROWE for review, both the site plan and review are attached below. The applicant provided an updated site plan as well as a response letter which are also attached along with ROWE's second review.
