VII. 5514 W Vienna- Variance for fence
Description:
Anthony Veltese is requesting a 2.5 foot variance to allow for a fence over 8 ft, located at 5514 W Vienna Rd. This request comes from a need to keep their dog safely in their yard and off the busy intersection of Vienna and Webster. His yard within the fence contains a raised septic field, causing the fence to be much shorter from inside.
