VII.1. 5010 W Vienna - Amendment to Special Land Use
Description:
The Planning Commission Board has requested that the applicant, Dave McGrath return for a status update. They're asking for a proposed time frame that a site plan will be secured, in order to move forward with the decision surrounding his request of Special Land Use amendment to add more vehicles to his lot.

VII.2. 9419 N Webster - Alkay Airport
Description:
Douglas Smith, owner of Alkay Airport located at 9419 N Webster, submitted a Site Plan Review for a new aircraft hanger. He attended the Planning Commission meeting on July 24th, 2023, where it was tabled. The attached Site Plan and response letter show the revisions that have been made.
