12.A. Consider and take possible action to appoint a representative to serve on the Anderson County Appraisal District Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term.
Description:
The Anderson County Appraisal District has notified the district that the current representative’s term will expire on December 31, 2025. In accordance with Section 6.03 of the Texas Property Tax Code, the board must adopt a resolution appointing a representative for the 2026-2027 term and submit the resolution to the Chief Appraiser.

Description:
Tyler ISD, as fiscal agent, operates the Tyler RDSPD Shared Service Arrangement (SSA) for participating districts under TEC §29.007 and Texas Government Code §791.001. The agreement outlines governance, fiscal responsibilities, and services provided to eligible students for the 2025-2026 through 2027-2028 school years.
