1. Call Meeting to Order by President of the Board of Education-Curt McMahon

2. Announcements

2.A. Election of School Board Members: Curt McMahon & Tina Schroeder were re-elected in April, 2012.

2.B. Each speaker addressing the chair should state his or her name and address.

2.C. All voting will be voice votes unless a division of the house is specifically requested.

3. Election of Chairperson

3.A. The board president opens the discussion for nomination and selection of the Annual Meeting Chairperson.

3.B. Chairperson announces that minutes of the 2011 Annual Meeting were approved at the November 2011 School Board meeting.

4. Treasurer's Report and Audit Summary

4.A.  “The School District Audit was performed according to generally accepted accounting procedures and is available for public review at the administrative office in mid-November".

5.A. 2012-2013 Budget Hearing

5.B. Resolution A:  Adoption of the 2012-2013 Budget and Tax Levy

5.C. Resolution B:  Motion to authorize the school board to make temporary loans for current operation according to statutory requirements

5.D. Resolution C:  Authorization to sell school property not needed for school purposes

5.E. Resolution D:  Establish salaries for school board members

5.F. Resolution E: Authorization to reimburse board memebrs for actual and necessary expenses incurred when traveling in performance of their duties

5.G. Resolution F:  Motion authorizing school board to set date of the 2013 Annual School District Meeting between May 15th and October 31st, 2013.
