Gust Rosenfeld Law Office has suggested that the Governing Board adopt a Certificate disclosing the outcome of the Special Override Election held on November 4, 2014 and direct that such Certificate be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of Pinal County, AZ. After the Certificate has been approved by the Board, please execute the Certificate, attach the election returns, and file it with the County Recorder.
I recommend that the Governing Board approve adopting the Certificate disclosing the outcome of the Special Override Election as presented. |
