Section 38-341.03(A)(3), the Governing Board may go into executive session for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body for advices regarding open meeting laws, conflict of interest and Board member responsibilities.

The Governing Board will not take any actions at this meeting other than to adopt the agenda and adjourn the meeting.
