Presentation by legal counsel regarding purchase by Laredo Independent School District of approximately 25 acres in the Lomas Del Sur Subdivision, Lots 16, 17, 21 & 22, of Block 12, as well as acreage adjacent to Lomas Del Sur Subdivision in Abstract 546, Porcion 35 (14.86 acres), such acreage being within the United Independent School District’s geographic boundaries, as well as a presentation of legal options regarding same that my be considered by the Board of Trustees, and matters incident thereto

V.A. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution to allow the District to expend funds to employ the District's legal counsel to represent District's booster clubs or school-affiliated organizations who lost money from cancelled school related events due to Covid-19

V.B. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution to reimburse clubs that lost funds due to canceled end-of-year events from the District's general fund

V.C. Discussion and possible action to approve and adopt Resolution of the UISD Board of Trustees authorizing the Reopening of UISD Campuses and Departments

V.D.
