Resolution No. 111425-1347 – Authorizing the issuance, sale, and delivery of up to $48,000,000 in the aggregate principal amount of senior lien revenue refunding bonds, in one or more series, for the purpose of refinancing and refunding all senior lien bonds and subordinate lien obligations; approving and authorizing all other documents, agreement, instruments and procedures related thereto; delegating the authority to authorized authority representatives to approve all final terms of the bonds and negotiate, approve, and execute all agreements and documents in final form; and providing for an immediate effective date. - Stoney Burke, Chief Financial Officer
