Resolution No. 091625-1340 - Authorizing the redemption of all of the authority's outstanding senior lien revenue refunding bonds, series 2017a-1 issued under the amended and restated master trust indenture, deed of trust, and security agreement; authorizing the use of certain available funds of the authority to redeem such bonds and pay related expenses; authorizing the thirteenth supplemental indenture to the master indenture to amend the optional redemption provisions for the series 2017a-1 bonds set forth in the eight supplemental indenture and tenth supplemental indenture; and authorizing the President & CEO, the Chief Operating Officer, and the Chief Financial Officer to approve and execute all related documents and take all other actions deemed necessary to accomplish such purposes. – Stoney Burke, Chief Financial Officer
