9.K. Approve Final Pricing for MS Field Turf and Track Project
Description:
Paragon Sports Constructors was approved at the February 2025 board meeting as the contractor for the MS field turf and track project and submitted a Guaranteed Maxium Price (GMP) bid for $4,618,465. Administration recommends approval of the GMP as presented. Project work is anticipated to begin in early May 2025.

14.A. Consider Acquisition of Real Property by Purchase or Condemnation
Description:
The HPISD Bond 2024 included provisions to acquire property in a targeted acquisition area. The property located at 4148 Grassmere Lane, Unit 2A, Dallas County, Texas is one of the properties in the planned acquisition zone. District administration is working with legal counsel to negotiate the purchase of said property and is recommending the Board of Trustees delegate authority to the Superintendent, or designee, to acquire the property in compliance with State and Federal law.
