Description:
Highland Park Independent School District is requesting the addition of a peace officer that will be available to provide for additional district-wide armed security and coverage of current peace officer assignments when the current officer is unavailable.

Description:
House Bill 3033 shortens the time for the District to respond to Open Record Requests. The attached information gives an overview of the definition for business days. In addition, you will find a recommendation on assigning non-business days. More information will be provided at a Board meeting for your review.

Description:
Adam Richey and The Sports Club are donating funds to the baseball program to improve the batting cages at Scotland Yard, including improvements to the roof, lighting, roll-up doors, and enclosing the north end.

11.A. GMP Adjustment for HS NW Addition, Acceptance of Final Completion of Work, and Authorization of Final Payment
Presenter:

Description:
The GMP adjustment is per the construction audit completed by Whitley Penn, which recommended a reduction in the project price by $43,576 for a final project cost of $22,146,408. Per Board Policy CV(LOCAL), the District shall not make final payments for construction until the work has been completed and the Board has accepted the work.
