For hearing of employee Level Three complaint to be heard in closed session pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.074 providing for a closed session for discussion of the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an employee; and

13.B. After hearing complaint, the Board will excuse the employee and continue in closed session for consultation with the school district attorney regarding the grievance pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Section 551.071.
