A.  Transfer Application--Review the 2023-2024 Transfer Application.
B.  Roofs--Working with Gallagher and Armko on the roofs.
C. Parking Lot--Started on June 8, 2023.
D. Buses--47-Passenger Lease Return Bus is to arrive within the week.  The two gasoline new buses should be here mid to late October.
E. Track--Hellas will be here in mid to late July to abrade the track and then apply two more coats and restripe.
F.  ISS--Moving to the Library and will be supervised by the librarian.
G.  Schedule--All campuses will go to an 8-period day.
H.  Lesson Plans--Will not be required.  Teachers will be required to post their daily objective.
I.  Current Openings:  HS SS/Coach, 5/6 ELA, 3/4 Math, 6/7 SS/Coach, 3/4 SS, and PE/Coach.
J.  School Safety and Security Standards Grant--Due August 1, 2023.  Thus far, we will have to become compliant in the area of fencing and window film.
K.  Housing--Aspermont pays $4,000 above base, and housing is $200 per month with utilities included.
L.  Allow the superintendent authority to hire positions outside of administration.
