A closed session will be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, including, but not limited to, Section 551.071, Section 551.072, Section 551.074, Section 551.076, Section 551.082(a) and Section 551.083. Personnel. - Discuss one year extension on mid-management administrators’ two-year contracts for campus principals and administrative Intern.

1. Consider one year extension on mid-management administrator contracts for High school principal, High School Administrative Intern and Elementary/JH principal.
Consideration of designation of Non-business days for the 2024 calendar year.November 25,26; December 23, 26, 27, 30 and January 2, 3, and 6th.  

Consider continuation of staff stipends from General Fund for the 2024-25 school year. 

Consider approving staff development minutes waiver for the 2023-24 school year. 
Report on annual Racial Profiling Exempt status.
