1. Call to Order/ Roll Call

2. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Superintendent reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.

3. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.

5. PUBLIC NOTICE:

• Pursuant to Sec. 111.70 and 19.82(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes, you are hereby notified that representatives of the St. Francis School Board and the St. Francis Education Association will meet on June 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the St. Francis High School Library, St. Francis, Wisconsin, to continue negotiations on 2026-27 proposals.  The meeting will be open to the public.  In addition, the parties may caucus individually in closed session.  Subsequent negotiations will be conducted in closed session unless the parties agree to open sessions.
