1. Call to Order/ Roll Call

2. Verification of Meeting Notice – The Interim District Administrator reports that proper notification of this meeting has been posted in accordance with the open meeting laws of the State of Wisconsin.

3. Approval of the Agenda – Formal adoption of the Agenda is done to assure that the topics discussed and acted upon by Board Members were properly noticed to the public.

6. Update on Superintendent Search - Presented by School Exec Connect

7. 6:30 PM - Adjourn into closed session according to the following:

• Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; and, 
• Wisconsin State Statute 19.85 (1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically, the discussion and deliberation on the selection of Superintendent search agencies.
