Description:
The District Administration is requesting changes to bus driver rates on the Support Staff Rate Schedule for extra trip pay and to add the new Bus Driver - Trainee Pay.
The Transportation Director has reported to the Administration that they have been experiencing difficulty covering athletic/extra-curricular trips. He has requested that we pay the driver their regular route rate (currently $18.50-$19.43/hours) for driving to and from the event but pay the driver an "Idle Time Rate" during the event of $13.70/hour.

Description:
The Transportation Department was in need of a new printer. Because of the volume produced each day, I recommend adding a multi-function copier/printer/scanner/fax to the existing copier lease agreement with GFI Digital. The proposed lease cost is $62/month and the service agreement cost is $0.08825 per page for black and white and $0.0625 per page for color copies.
All maintenance, parts, labor, and toner will be provided by GFI Digital. Allowable costs will be added as direct expenditures to the Transportation Reimbursement Claim.
