Description:  In accordance with provisions of Texas Education Code, Section 8.003 (f), each Regional Education Service Center Board of Directors shall adopt an annual budget for the following year after conducting a public hearing on the center's performance during the preceding year on standards established by the commissioner under Section 8.101. A brief presentation will be made by Center staff and public comments will be heard by the Board. 

Description:  The Chairman or designee will call for public comments and state the name of each person who has signed up to address the Board. Time allotted for testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per speaker at the discretion of the Board.
