Description:  Dr. Goldhorn will review the ESC-20 Mission, Vision, and Core Values.

Description:  The Bilingual/English as a Second Language (ESL) Program supports Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in the region with compliance and program implementation support that assist schools in providing high quality educational programs for emergent bilingual students.

The Bilingual/ESL (BESL) team consists of two full-time consultants and two part-time consultants, all under the leadership of Joel Rodriguez, who serves as a Coordinator III in the Instructional Services Component.   To enhance our support, we have organized our LEAs into five clusters, each overseen by a BESL team member. This cluster approach fosters a more personalized experience for our clients, ensuring they receive customized assistance with their Bilingual/ESL program needs.
