Description:  The Chairman or designee will call for public comments at the beginning of the meeting and state the name of each person who has signed up to address the Board.

Description:  The Deputy Director of Business & Technology Services requested that proposal #200009 be solicited for the purchase of General Contractor services for 2021 Renovations to Buildings 2, 3, 4 & 6.  Proposals were advertised and made available.  Twelve responsive proposals were received. A tabulation of the responsive proposals is attached to this agenda item. It is recommended the Board of Directors consider and take possible action to approve the ranking of proposals for General Contractor for the proposal #200009 2021 Renovations to Buildings 2, 3, 4 & 6 as recommended by the Executive Director and delegate the authority to negotiate and execute a contract to the Executive Director.
