Description:  In accordance with provisions of Texas Education Code, Section 8.003 (f),
each Regional Education Service Center Board of Directors shall adopt an
annual budget for the following year after conducting a public hearing on
the center's performance during the preceding year on standards established
by the commissioner under Section 8.101. A brief presentation will be
made by Center staff and public comments will be heard by the Board.
Time allotted for testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per speaker at the
discretion of the Board.
