I. Call to Order - Mr. Robert Clemons, Board President / Presiding Officer
In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Section 551.127, a governmental body that extends into three or more counties may meet by videoconference call only if the member of the governmental body presiding over the meeting is physically present at one location of the meeting. The notice must specify the location, which is open to the public during the open portions of the meeting, as well as state the intent to have the member of the governing body presiding over the meeting present there.

Discussion Regarding Real Property, per Texas Gov't Code: §551.072 - Deliberations about Real Property - to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person.

III.B. Discussion Pertaining to Texas Gov't Code: §551.074 - Personnel Matters - deliberation on the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

III.C. Superintendent's Annual Evaluation
