TRACT 2: Lot 1-A, Block 5, Southeast Park Unit No. 5, an addition of the City of Amarillo, Potter County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 1909, Page 617 of the Deed Records of Potter County, Texas.
