Consideration and approval of an order of the Board of Trustees of the Marion Independent School District approving and authorizing its time warrants, series 2019; specifying the terms of such time warrants; making provisions for the payment thereof; and resolving and ordering other matters incident and related to the foregoing.

Consideration and approval of a resolution relating to establishing the Marion Independent School District's intention to reimburse itself for the prior lawful expenditure of funds for capital acquisitions from the proceeds of one or more series obligations to be issued by the District for authorized purposes; authorizing other matters incident and related thereto; and providing an effective date.

Consideration and approval of an order by the Board of Trustees of the Marion Independent School District authorizing the issuance of its unlimited tax school building bonds, series 2019; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of the bonds; delegating the authority to certain members of the Board of Trustees and district staff to approve and execute certain documents relating to the sale of the bonds; and other matters in connection therewith.
