Consider and take possible action to adopt a Resolution approving the sale of a 0.598 acre Permanent Water Pipeline Easement and required 30' wide Temporary Construction Easement across District Property located at FM 465, Marion, Guadalupe County, Texas, to the Schertz/Seguin Local Government Corporation for the value as of the Easements, as appraised, and authorizing execution of the necessary documents to close the sale.
