Closed Session - The Marion ISD Board of Trustees will convene in a closed meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Codes:

Pursuant to Sections 551.071 of the Texas Gov't. Code, consultation with District's legal counsel on legal issues related to parent grievance regarding student discipline decision and parent grievances regarding issue with band and high school administration.

Pursuant to Sections 551.074, 551.082, and 551.0821 of the Texas Gov't. Code, hear, consider, and deliberation of a parent grievance regarding student discipline decision and parent grievances regarding issue with band and high school administration.
