1. CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, PLEDGE TO THE TEXAS FLAG, AND INSPIRATIONAL MOMENT
This is a meeting of the Board of Trustees being held in front of the public, which is not the same as a public hearing or meeting for the public. The Board and the District appreciate the interest of our constituents and welcome you at our meetings; however, in our Board of Trustee meetings, only the board members and members of the administration who are providing information to the Board should be speaking during the course of the meeting, except for the portion of the meeting designated for public input. Should any audience members have a question or comment in the middle of the meeting; instead, please raise your question or concerns with the appropriate person at the conclusion of the meeting so that the Board can conduct our Board-business without interruption.

3. PUBLIC ADDRESS
Board Policy BED(LOCAL) sets out the requirements for Public Comments and Public Address portions of a meeting.  The Public Comment Portion of a meeting, involving non-agenda items, is only available at Regular Board Meetings, while the Public Address Portion involving posted open meeting agenda items, will be available at every Board Meeting.

There will be separate sign-in sheets for both types of public participation at Regular Meetings, and both must be filled out by no later than five (5) minutes before the scheduled start of a meeting.  If a person does not do so, they will not be permitted to participate.  Both types of sign-in sheets will be placed on a podium in the Professional Development Center located at 1908 Winans Road, San Antonio, Texas 78234.

At Special or Called Board Meetings, there will only be a sign-up sheet for addressing the Board about open meeting Agenda items, and this must be filled out by no later than five (5) minutes before the scheduled start of a meeting if a person wishes to address the Board on an open meeting Agenda item.

The Superintendent recommends approving the Reservations and Designations of the General Fund Balance as submitted.

11. CONSIDER AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE SELECTION OF VENDOR(S) FOR THE PROVISION OF CONTRACTED SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES
The Superintendent recommends approving ________________ as vendor(s) for the provision of contracted special education services and further delegate authority to the Superintendent or his designee to negotiate and execute the contract(s) in a form approved by legal counsel.

12. CONSIDER AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE THE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION RESOURCES (DIR) AND FORT SAM HOUSTON ISD RELATED TO THE USE OF THE DIR SHARED SERVICES MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENTS
The superintendent recommends approving the Interlocal Agreement between the Department of Information Resources (DIR) and Fort Sam Houston ISD related to the use of the DIR Shared Services Master Agreements as submitted.

13. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES IN THE 2023 - 2024 DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT PLAN 
The Superintendent recommends approving the Performance Objectives in the 2023 - 2024 District Improvement Plan as submitted.

14. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES IN THE 2023 - 2024 FORT SAM HOUSTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND ROBERT G. COLE MIDDLE / HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT PLANS 
The Superintendent recommends approving the Performance Objectives in the 2023 - 2024 Fort Sam Houston Elementary School and Robert G. Cole Middle / High School Campus Improvement Plans as submitted.

15. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE FSHISD-INITIATED REVISIONS TO BOARD POLICIES BED(LOCAL), BQA(LOCAL), AND BQB(LOCAL)
The Superintendent recommends approving the FSHISD-initiated revisions affecting the following local policies:
