3. PUBLIC ADDRESS
Board Policy BED(LOCAL) sets out the requirements for Public Comments and Public Address portions of a meeting.  The Public Comment Portion of a meeting, involving non-agenda items, is only available at Regular Board Meetings, while the Public Address Portion involving posted open meeting agenda items, will be available at every Board Meeting.

There will be separate sign-in sheets for both types of public participation at Regular Meetings, and both must be filled out by no later than five (5) minutes before the scheduled start of a meeting.  If a person does not do so, they will not be permitted to participate.  Both types of sign-in sheets will be placed on a podium in the Professional Development Center located at 1908 Winans Road, San Antonio, Texas 78234.

At Special or Called Board Meetings, there will only be a sign-up sheet for addressing the Board about open meeting Agenda items, and this must be filled out by no later than five (5) minutes before the scheduled start of a meeting if a person wishes to address the Board on an open meeting Agenda item.

9. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE CHANGES TO BOARD POLICY DEC(LOCAL)
The Superintendent recommends approving the changes to board policy DEC(Local) as submitted.

10. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE / PROFESSIONAL PAY SCHEDULE FOR THE 2023 - 2024 SCHOOL YEAR TO INCLUDE THE RECLASSIFIED POSITION OF STUDENT SUPPORT COORDINATOR TO THE AP-3 PAY SCALE AND CHANGES TO THE STIPEND SCALE
The Superintendent recommends approving the Administrative / Professional Pay Schedule for the 2023 - 2024 School Year to include the reclassified position of Student Support Coordinator to the AP-3 pay scale and changes to the stipend scale.

11. CONSIDER AND TAKE POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE NEW STAFF POSITION
The Superintendent recommends approving the creation of the following new staff position: College, Career, and Military Readiness Counselor, Cole High School.

12. STATUS REPORT FOR THE ROBERT G. COLE HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR CLASS OF 2023

13. T-TESS ALTERNATE APPRAISERS 
The Superintendent recommends approving the list of T-TESS Alternate Appraisers for the 2023 - 2024 School Year as submitted.

14. SUBSTITUTE TEACHER LIST FOR THE 2023 - 2024 SCHOOL YEAR
The Superintendent recommends approving the Substitute Teacher List for the 2023 - 2024 School Year as submitted.

15. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ST. PHILIP'S COLLEGE, ALAMO COLLEGE DISTRICT AND FORT SAM HOUSTON ISD (FSHISD) FOR THE 2023-2026 DUAL CREDIT PROGRAM 
The Superintendent recommends approving the MOU between St. Philip's College, Alamo College District and FSHISD for the 2023- 2026 Dual Credit Program as submitted.

16. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH THE BEXAR COUNTY JUVENILE BOARD FOR THE 2023 - 2024 SCHOOL YEAR
The Superintendent recommends approving the MOU with the Bexar County Juvenile Board for the 2023 - 2024 School Year as submitted. 

17. LEGAL SERVICES RETAINER AGREEMENT AND FEE SCHEDULE FOR WALSH GALLEGOS TREVINO KYLE & ROBINSON P.C.
The Superintendent recommends approving the Legal Services Retainer Agreement and Fee Schedule for Walsh Gallegos Trevino Kyle & Robinson P.C. as submitted 

18. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO RESCHEDULE THE TIMES OF THE JULY 27, 2023, BUDGET HEARING AND REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 
The Superintendent recommends rescheduling the times of the July 27, 2023, Budget Hearing and Regular Business Meeting from 10:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., respectively.

19. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO SELECT TRUSTEES TO ATTEND UPCOMING TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
The Superintendent recommends selecting which Trustees will attend the following annual training conferences for the 2023-2024 school year:
