4. San Antonio ISD - District Vulnerability Assessment

4.A. District assessed during the week of November 18th.

4.B. Team of auditors from TEA assessed 64 campuses.

4.C. Closing report shared with district executive leadership.

4.D. Comprehensive report to be returned to the district in near future.

4.E. Operational strategy will be used by district internal auditors to assess
campuses not visited by TEA as part of original assessment.
