7.B. Approval of Bills for July 2026 totaling $2,039,094.92

7.E. Approve renewal of Adobe Cloud softward license

7.F. Adopt the increased IRS mileage rate for business travel of $0.76 per mile for July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The IRS increased rates mid-year due to rising fuel costs. 

7.G. Approve a lease renewal with West Branch-Rose City Area Schools for the Regional Resource Center from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.

7.H. Renew an agreement with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, DFA27-65002, for split payment of four Whole Child Specialists effective October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027. The specialists work at RAPS, HLCS, WBRC, and CHA.

8.B. Approve hiring of personnel as presented:

• Avery Smitz, Accounting Coordinator (non-union)
• Naomi Clouse, Student Support System Coordinator (non-union)
• Victoria Klumpp, Adult Transition Center Instructor as part of the COOR Educational Association, BA Step 7 for 190 days per year.

Victoria brings five years of teaching experience from CHA and currently serves as one of the job coaches for the Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) Summer Work Program.

8.C. Approve an agreement with Steven Seward to facilitate the "Unlocking Potential Through Intentional Coaching" series for local district and ISD staff in four sessions for $3,600.

8.D. Approve letter of understanding with Fanning Howey

8.E. Approve contract with Michigan Virtual University for in-person trainings: the second year of the AI Taskforce and first year of AI Teacher Leaders training:
